The inverter unit for the Estima's HSD (Hybrid Synergy Drive) system.

This is what a factory EV Mode button looks like.  The EV mode button lets you keep the system in electric only mode for as long as is safe for the battery.  The US hybrids don't have EV Mode buttons the reasons are unknown but it is speculated that EPA regulations left this button out, but the code is still in the computers and can be activated with a little-bit of know-how.

 I can't wait to try the Sienna Hybrid whenever it finally comes out.
